At Fencywear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer returns in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or personal alterations
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email support@fencywear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed, our customer service team will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return shipping address. Please note that return addresses may vary by order and, in some cases, may be located outside the United States.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing is typically initiated within 2–5 business days after inspection. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective item or an incorrect shipment.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging when emailing support@fencywear.com.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
