Our Story
Fencywear was founded in 2024 by Mr. Chen Feng, who previously worked as a garment pattern maker in the apparel industry.
During a trip overseas, he noticed that many women’s dresses sold in Western retail stores were priced significantly higher than similar products manufactured in China. Based on his professional experience in garment pattern making and production processes, he understood that many dress styles rely on relatively standard sewing and fabric construction techniques that are widely used in the apparel manufacturing industry.
This observation led him to a simple idea: why not connect China’s mature apparel supply chain with international online customers?
China has one of the most established garment manufacturing ecosystems in the world, including experienced pattern makers, skilled sewing workers, and specialized factories capable of producing a wide range of clothing products.
With his background in garment development and industry connections, Mr. Chen began contacting several factory owners he had worked with previously in the apparel industry.
Our Manufacturing Partnerships
Before launching the store, we evaluated multiple garment factories based on several factors, including:

After reviewing several manufacturing partners, we chose to work with factories that maintain stable production processes and consistent product quality.
These factories manufacture dresses according to standard apparel production processes. Products are then supplied to Fencywear for retail sale through our online store.
Fencywear itself does not operate its own garment factory and works with independent manufacturers.
